The following is my 3D2N itinerary to Jeju Island, South Korea. Enjoy!
Day 1
1. Jamae Pork Noodles (자매 되지국수)
Porl Noodles is one of the must-eat in Jeju and Jamae Pork Noodles serves one of the best pork noodles in this city.Chewy noodles serves with savoury soup broth, topped with thickly sliced pork and green onion, this bowl of pork noodles is something that you would definitely make you comeback for more!
(Normally need queuing!So try to avoid peak lunch/dinner time)

2. Aewol Beach(애월해변)
Aewol Beach is one of the most popular tourist spots in Jeju as some of the famous and pretty cafes are located here--Bomnal and Monsant Aewol--GD cafe in Jeju are some of the good examples. Enjoy a cup of good coffee by the seaside and take some of the best shots over here!

3. Saebyeol Oruem(새별오름)
This volcano is named as Saebyeol, which refers to 'lonely star' in Korean as it is located alone and on its own like a lonely star. It has a very good tracking track for you to climb all the way up to the peak and have a good view across the city.

Day 2
1. Yangttae Farm (양떼목장)
This farm provides a great opportunity to get in close with the sheeps, horses, deers etc. Nice and cozy pensions are provided here too, making it a perfect getaway from city life.

2. Iho Taewoo Beach (이호테우해변)
Igo Taewoo Beach is one of the most famous beach side in Jeju. There's a time period where the city opens the beach to the public for seaside activities (swimming for example) Not forgetting that there are a variety of leisure activities--one could rent a boat to fish etc.. Don't forget to snap some good shots of the famous spot of this beach--the horse-designed light house.

3. DonSaDon BBQ (돈사돈)
DonSaDon is a very famous BBQ stall here in Jeju that provides some of the best quality of black pork meat that is produced only in Jeju. The stall is visited by many famous celebrities, and is always crowded and packed with people but lesser crowd during lunch time, so you might want to come around that time if you would like to avoid queuing.

4. Woljeongri Kayaking and Cafe (월정리 투명카약 & 카페)
I personally love this beach, as the emerald colour of the ocean and the sea breeze just helps in giving a sense of calmness and peace. One can try kayaking at this beautiful beach too, or go ahead to the stretch of cafes located nearby the beach and have a good tea time with your friends and family.

5. Bijarim forest (비자림)
Bijarim forest is the largest nutmeg tree forest in the world and in the middle of the forest lays the 800 years-old tree, which is also the oldest tree in Jeju called the 'Ancestor tree of the Bija trees'. Tourists can take a stroll at the forest and have some insights of this wonderful forest.

Day 3
1. Seongsal-ilchulbong (성상일풀봉)
Seongsal-ilchulbong rose from the sea after the volcanic erruption approximately 100,000 years ago. The tracking time up to the peak is about 50 mins, from there one will be mesmerised by the overview of the city as well as the crater of this peak.

2. Horse and Cart Riding (조랑말 타운)
In Jeju, one can also enjoy horse riding, or fast and furious cart riding which is more suitable for those who loves extreme activities. A photographer will be there to snap a perfect shot of you while riding the horse and you can buy one as a souvenir back home.

3. Hamdeok Beach (함덕해수육장)
Hamdeok beach is a famous beach side that offers more facilities such as tents etc. for those who are heading there for a swim. It is a famous picnic and camping site for both the locals and tourists too. Leisure activities such as fishing, banana boats etc. are available here too. There's a cafe just beside the beach, which serves some of the best bread, dessert and drinks in town.
